The SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards 2020/21 ceremony was held on Zoom last night with 21 different categories being announced, and I am very pleased to let you know that I received the Silver award for Customer Service!
It was a cateogry which was voted for by the public which makes the win even more special as so many of you took the time to go and vote for me! I share and understand the frustrations which arise from dealing with a company which has poor customer service so I've always done my best to make sure your experience is as smooth and easy as possible. When creating such personal, sentimental and valuable shoes, the best outcome for me is that you're pleased with the end result. If you're happy, I'm happy!
