Delivery & Returns
All items are hand painted so please allow 2 weeks for your order to be dispatched. The exact time will be dependent on the order waiting list.
UK deliveries will be sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on receipt, you will receive a tracking code for the Royal Mail website once your order has been dispatched.
UK delivery is usually 1-2 working days.
Small international orders (1-2 pairs) will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed-For service, and large international orders will be fulfilled by another carrier (TNT, FedEx, DPD or DHL). You will be emailed the exact carrier details and the tracking code once your order has been dispatched.
European delivery: 7 -10 working days from dispatch.
- Items sent to the EU will be subject to import VAT charges. These will currently need to be paid on the arrival of your parcel at the country border. You will be contacted by your local postal service with details on the amount and payment methods available to cover these additional charges.
- Custom Converse cannot be held responsible for any delays to the delivery of your item due to late payments of import charges.
Worldwide delivery: 10-14 working days from dispatch.
Custom Converse cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order. Please get in contact if your order fails to arrive after 25 working days from the dispatch date.
Due to the bespoke made to order nature of Custom Converse we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on items so it is essential that your sizing is correct.
Size charts are available to view on every product page and are specific to the brand of shoe you are purchasing.
By completing the order process you are approving all selected options and confirming that the text provided for personalised pairs has been spelled correctly.
Each pair are created as an individually commissioned piece and we do not hold stock of any designs.
